Feedback gevenI've had a great experience with DoorDash and Noah's Bagels. They always have my order ready and on time, and I don't have complaints about the service. Everything is fresh, delicious, and the customer service is awesome.
They always forget my beverage. Bagels are extremely small for the price. And they hardly put any cream cheese on.
We were really disappointed with how small the sandwiches are and how poorly assembled. It wasn't worth the money. We loved Noah's bagel before. Hopefully, the quality gets better.
I paid $21.00 for a 6pcs half-dozen cold and stale bagel. Thought it's going to be the same quality but it's not. Tasted like its a day old and was not fresh at all. Sadly, I also paid double the amount when it's only $11.00 when you go to the store instead. Also its supposed to be assorted, 3 out of the 6 bagels were cinnamon raisin. Will not order through DoorDash again. Better if you go to the store instead. The bagel is fresher and half the price.
I am always a loyal fan of Noah's Bagels, especially the location on Lincoln. However, I was disappointed with my order today. My usual favorite, the Jalapeño Cheddar bagel, was lacking jalapeños after toasting or making the sandwich. This really took away from the overall experience. I only had one tiny jalapeño on my bagel. I decided to try the Texas Brisket sandwich this morning, but it was a letdown. There was hardly any brisket in it, just a dab of Chipotle sauce on a Cheddar Jalapeño bagel that had no jalapeños. It was a breakfast fail for me today. Despite this, the staff service was exceptional, earning more than 5 stars. Unfortunately, the Texas Brisket sandwich just wasn't up to par.
