Ordering online the food was ready around the same time I arrived. If it's not, the cashier does their best to get it ready in short order. When I order at the location the process is often slow and the workers have a jumble of in person and online orders. It sometimes leads to mix-ups. The food is always good and fairly fresh.
I was on a business trip and was craving some broccoli beef. I ordered two entrees for $10.61, which was a great deal and really satisfied my hunger! The service was quick, even though there was a line out the door. Some might say this isn’t authentic Chinese cuisine, and that’s true; it’s American Chinese food. However, Panda Express definitely met my craving. Given the price and the efficient service, it’s a very budget-friendly option. Since it’s a chain, the quality is consistent, and I know exactly what to expect. I’d give it 4 stars.
I've visited this fast food restaurant a few times, and I've had a pleasant experience each time. The staff are friendly, the food is decent, and I have no complaints!
The food was excellent! This place serves American Chinese cuisine, and everything was fresh. However, the portion sizes were quite small. I also ordered online, and my estimated pickup time was 15 minutes late.
