I started to love this place even before I tasted my delicious Fried Pork w/ Rice. From the moment I walked in, I could smell something good cooking. I was invited to sit down, I almost changed my mind on take out. Because I felt like I was being invited to eat by a friend's grandparents. While sitting waiting for my food, which came out quicker than expected, I was given a cup of tasty iced tea the older gentleman kindly reminded me to hydrate, since I was on a bike. Then I tasted the food. It was so tasty! The pork has a perfect amount of char on it. With a tender juicy meatiness. I wish I could just order a pound of this perfect pork with quintessential rice. I had the HUGE PHO BOWL, specifically number #2, and it was absolutely delicious and very satisfying! If you haven't checked out this hidden gem, you're really missing out. The service was excellent, and the staff was very polite. Instead of tap water, they offer clean filtered water, which is a nice touch. It's a great place for families, and very kid-friendly. I definitely plan to return, as evidenced by the photos I took. Overall, it was a delicious experience!
