Poke Paradise - San Jose

The prices at this restaurant are amazing compared to where I live. The fish dishes are delicious and fresh. Best of all, they don't charge extra for adding avocado!

First time visit. Enjoyed the variety of options in putting together a bowl. Everything tasted fresh. Ate inside at a spacious table. Would definitely recommend.

I am not a fan of Poke. My previous experiences with it have been at grocery markets and I was never impressed. However, this restaurant completely changed my mind and now I love it. I will definitely be returning when I am in the area. It has everything I enjoy about sushi, but in a bowl and at a more affordable price, and it is still just as tasty. The challenge is real here. I have taken on a number of challenges in the Bay Area, but this one is still proving to be elusive. I have added my picture to the wall of failures, but there is always next time. The staff is incredibly friendly and upbeat. This place just makes you leave feeling happy.

I had a great experience at this restaurant with their fresh poke bowls that come in a variety of combinations. All toppings, including avocado, are included with your protein choices. The servers were friendly and accommodated my preferences. I will definitely be returning for more. They also offer a poke bowl challenge for those feeling adventurous, but be prepared, it is a very large portion!
