Smashburger - San Jose

Slowest smash Burger on the meat coast. It's nice to let people know it's going to be around 30 minutes.

That was the worst fast food experience I ever had. The place was absolutely disgusting with dirt, hair, frits and old foods all over the ground. Does it look like that? ve never cleaned it. The burgers were so small and really didn't look like the photos. the burger was MAYBE 1/8 pounds and had minimal toppings on it. Simply disgusting and will never be back in a smash Burger restaurant anywhere.

Dinner was moderate. My burger was charred. The person in the register was very nice and polite. This is the only reason for two stars. You missed part of my order. The woman who collected my order had almost hair on the ground, loose and never said a word to me. I'm sorry you have a good day here. Nothing. The floors were also very dirty. I don't recommend this place. Not clean, lack of customer service, consistency and cleanliness

Disappointing. Line was 50 feet long because someone was on lunch so a only 1 of 2 registers were open. Why can?t they better schedule to prevent this from happening. Asked for a gluten free bun, they don?t carry them at this location despite website saying they do. Would have avoided the 20 minutes of standing in line if I had known. Smashburger in name only, not in experience of quality.
