Subway - San Jose

Worst service! I ordered my food online and when i got here it wasnt ready and the lady asked me to wait which am okay with but she helps the whole line first and i ask her mow much longer (in a polite way, i hate confrontation) and she ignores my questions and tells her coworker se enojo i speak spanish ! If i wanted to wait for the whole line i would of gone in and would of been much faster! Please hire more ppl

Late bite during work. Very friendly and fast service! Very clean and quiet atmosphere.

The new owners have done an excellent job. They stay open late, serve delicious fresh subs, and the staff always seems cheerful. I enjoy getting my food from happy people!

I had an experience at this restaurant that I didn't find very positive. During the day, there’s an Indian/Hindu staff member who doesn’t come across as friendly and lacks good customer service. He seems annoyed with customers and rushes you when taking your order. Because of this, I can't recommend this location. Additionally, parking is quite limited.

I enjoyed some delicious, hearty sandwiches at a reasonable price. I always opt for the Italian herbs cheese toasted with Black Forest ham, American cheese, and veggies, which totals just over $10. However, I will not be buying cookies from this location again, and I recommend others avoid them as well. When I asked to add some raspberry cheesecake cookies to my order, the employee informed me they were old and from the previous day or two. I appreciate the honesty, but I don’t understand why those cookies weren’t discarded at the end of the day—it’s unacceptable! The restaurant recently changed ownership (I believe in February 2023), but unfortunately, the experience was too off-putting. I will, however, return for the sandwiches.
