A PRO sandwich on two different occasions that cost an upgrade fee and both times, the sandwiches had hardly enough meat to cover the sandwich. The owner sent the EXACT SAME answer both times to my complaint with a promise to inform his team of this error to prevent this happening in the future, indicating that he saw a negative comment and immediately just copied an answer to me. He asks why I want my money back for a sandwich that is unacceptably prepared. Feel free to upgrade PRO sandwich and tell me what you think. Although I'm constantly in the area, I'll never come back to this bad excuse for a restaurant

PSA: Underground now has hero bread!! It has little to no carbs that is great if you are looking for a fast and easy meal on the jump. I always get the Veggie Patty and load it with all the Veggies. This is one of the best run Subways that Ive been to. The manager Nayelli is friendly, fast and provides great customer service!
