Subway - San Jose

This is my favorite spot for a quick meal. I've never had a bad experience here, whether with customer service or the quality of bread and vegetables.

Every time I visit this Subway in the evening, the customer service is fantastic! Unfortunately, in the morning, it's quite the opposite—the staff can be unfriendly and rude. I definitely give my five-star rating to the wonderful employees who work at night. Whenever I see Bianca preparing my sub, I know I'm in for excellent service!

The restaurant is fast and convenient, and let's not overlook how clean it is.

Tried this online ordering. In restaurant (loose definition) pick up. Ordered the hot Pastrami and Roast Turkey. Produce was fresh, but there was not a lot of meat in the sandwiches. This Subway is really skimping on the the 'meat '. I 'd cross this off the list and go to another Subway in the area.

One of the workers there, who is pregnant spoke chisme in Spanish. While I was texting my mom she said “my brain was rotting for being on my phone”.. The most rudest service I’ve ever had. The manager should not be hiring pregnant ladies who have bad moody attitudes while they’re about to pop out a football during their shift. Ultimate thumbs down
