Subway - San Jose

This is my favorite spot for a quick meal. I've never had a bad experience here, whether with customer service or the quality of bread and vegetables.

Every time I visit this Subway in the evening, the customer service is fantastic! Unfortunately, in the morning, it's quite the opposite—the staff can be unfriendly and rude. I definitely give my five-star rating to the wonderful employees who work at night. Whenever I see Bianca preparing my sub, I know I'm in for excellent service!

I've visited this restaurant several times, and I always leave disappointed. The customer service here is worse than at any other Subway I've been to. The staff are rude, and the vegetables aren't fresh. They prepare the worst sandwiches. I recommend avoiding this place and looking for a different Subway nearby.

They got our takeout order wrong and forgot to add tuna to our tuna sub! They were also very stingy with the veggies. Not the best way to cut costs!

The restaurant is fast and convenient, and let's not overlook how clean it is.
