Subway - San Jose

Ordered the Pastrami, literally the worst I 've ever experienced. Knew Subway quality wasn 't going to be great but this Pastrami was atrocious. No reflection on the service or the person making the sandwich, she was very friendly and nice. Highly recommendremoving this meat from the menu. Nearly lost my lunch while eating this. Will never order it again.

Worst service ever! The workers yelled at us and were extremely rude. Service is slow. Sandwiches not any good. Will never go back again. I hope this shope gets closed down for good. Worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant/fast food place.

Lady got irritated with me because I wanted the bacon crisped instead of cold and limpy... Really? It's literally called heat and serve bacon and the menu describes it as crispy. Get over yourself. If you're going to show up to work then do the work.

Used to be 5 star rating, now down to 3 after ordering a footlong on whole wheat that seemed like day-old bread: Dry, cracked, disgusting. No thanks, there's plenty of other sandwich restaurants nearby.

Footlong BMT, u toasted, white bread, extra lettuce and onions. That's my sandwich and I'm sticking to it. For fast food, at least it's consistent.... pretty much the same sandwich, regardless of location. I'd venture to say it's good fast food. I'dwouldn't make a habit of it though.
