The worst experience ever they are not friendy and so mean.
I visited the restaurant with two people, and I had a mixed experience. One of the staff members was a girl who seemed to be of Indian descent. She appeared disinterested in her job and spent time on her phone as soon as it was charged. However, the other staff member, Daniel, was wonderful. He was very kind, eager to help, and patient with my mother, brother, and me. Daniel checked if our sandwiches looked good and asked if we needed anything else while the girl remained on her phone. Meanwhile, Daniel was busy sweeping and tidying up the tables, keeping himself occupied. I’ve been coming to this Subway for years, and I can honestly say that Daniel is one of the nicest employees I’ve encountered here.
Two ladies assisted us during our visit. One was fine; she seemed nice but was a bit quiet. The other, however, was quite rude and had an overall negative attitude toward me.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff member who assisted me was distracted, wearing headphones, and seemed to care little about my order. My sandwich was hastily prepared, with toppings carelessly thrown on, some of which ended up falling off. Additionally, during the process, she was directing a quiet Mexican employee in a rather rude manner. When I asked to make my order a meal with cookies, the girl told me to grab a drink from the fridge because the soda machine was out of order. She didn't provide my receipt or cookies and abruptly said, "IT'S DONE," with a lot of attitude. It was really discouraging to encounter such poor customer service. I wouldn't recommend this place due to the unfriendly behavior of that staff member.
