Wendy's - San Jose

The fries were hot, and my order was correct. I opted for takeout and didn't go into the store.

I'm really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The staff had terrible attitudes, which I can somewhat understand given the frequent presence of homeless individuals in the area. However, the state of the dining area was unacceptable—the tables and floors were quite dirty. To add to that, the restroom was in an appalling condition, with feces on the floor, walls, and handles. There was no soap available, and the soap dispenser was out of order. I wanted to wash my hands before ordering, but the thought of the staff not having clean hands made me leave. I won’t be coming back. What a nightmare!

Wendy's came to my rescue when I needed them. I was driving a big truck and couldn't fit through the drive-thru, but they still allowed me to place my order. The food was hot and delicious, and I truly appreciate Wendy's for their understanding when many other places wouldn't have done the same. Thank you for being there and delivering on time. I really value your great food and excellent service. I’m grateful for everything you did for me that night!

I just left Wendy's to grab a quick breakfast before work..and the potato wedges were cold af! As if it was only defrosted and served! The breakfast sandwich was not what I ordered. On top of that, the old guy didn't give me my receipt. Worst Wendy'sever. I was the only car there..how hard is it to make an order???

Drive thru worker was impatient and made me feel rushed when I was the only one in the drive thru line. I ordered a 50 piece spicy nugget and was given regular nuggets instead on top of that I was not given a receipt so I couldnt return the order. Badoverall experience.
