Feedback gevenIf I were to choose a chicken restaurant, I would pick Kenny Rogers. Unlike most Philippine restaurants, their chicken is roasted instead of deep-fried. The side dishes are excellent and can elevate a simple chicken and rice dish. The service was good and the meal was delicious.
The Angus beef tastes like soy with a strong bark flavor. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant at all costs. It is a terrible establishment with false advertising.
This time, I decided to try the fried chicken. Unfortunately, the chicken was not up to standard and had to be returned. The manager, Mr. Ryan Dela Cruz, came to us to apologize and offered to replace the dish with something else at no extra cost. Although we declined his offer and were prepared to leave somewhat disappointed, to our surprise, he packed a half roasted chicken, two side dishes, and a box of muffins for us. This gesture truly went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Mr. Dela Cruz exemplified true corporate citizenship by taking responsibility and demonstrating the values of the Kenny Rogers brand. As a self-trained individual in customer service, I was impressed by his professionalism and dedication to his role. It was clear that he takes pride in his work and I commend him for his excellent service. Kudos to Mr. Ryan Dela Cruz for making our experience at Kenny Rogers a memorable one.

Kenny Rogers is my all time favourite right from the time he was with First Edition till today. When his chain of restaurants opened in Singapore, I was among the first few to visit it and enjoy the roasted chicken and ribs. Since then whichever country I go I will have atleast 1 meal of Kenny Rogers due to my love for the great singer. Now in the Philippines, I finally had my try of Kenny Rogers. This time I tried the unfried fried chicken. The counter staff acceded to my request for ribs part by having the kitchen to prepare 2 plates of 2pcs. Unfried Fried Chicken. However, due to some inappropriate food handling the chicken was returned. The trainee manager, Mr. Ryan Dela Cruz came to us to get a feedback as the chicken was returned. Realising the issue, he readily apologised and suggested he will replace with any thing else with no extra charge. Turning down his offer and thanking him for his kindness we prepared to leave somewhat disappointed. To our surprise he packed half roasted chicken with 2 side dishes of what we had and a box of 6 muffins. Now that was going the extra mile ensuring customers satisfaction. His parting words were "Sir, I sincerely apologise on behalf of my crew and I and hope the unpleasant experience will not turn you away from our Kenny Rogers Restaurants." Now here he did not say this restaurant he was practicing TRUE Corporate Citizenship by taking responsibility, accountability and representing Kenny Rogers Brand. For a trainee who just completed his training that day he has started his career on the right footing. His warm smile in his busy schedule and looks like he was stock taking or something that kept him busy he was able to attend to us very professionally. I am a Trainer myself in Life-Skills which includes customer service in various industry was happy that he is an asset to Food and Beverage industry.Kudos to Mr. Ryan Dela Cruz.
