Pancake House - San Jose del Monte

My brother-in-law assured us that this restaurant had the best smoked milk fish in the city. In reality, the fish was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with no hint of dryness or fishy taste. Although the restaurant originally specialized in pancakes, the new owners have expanded the menu to include brunch options. My brother-in-law and his group of early morning walkers often treat themselves to breakfast here. To avoid carbs, you can request a specific dish. My husband enjoyed the light and crispy waffles, paired perfectly with fried eggs cooked to perfection. The coffee was strong and came with a complimentary refill. We are not sure if it was decaffeinated. Thank you, bil!
