Little Caesars Pizza - San Juan

Super bad customer service from the ? manager? faule ella. Today T-Mobile is Tuesday and I ordered my $3 special pizza. Paid and everything had reception, even she saw me order my pizza. (Since I didn't know I had to order it online and she said I should do that) The app said not to be ready until 5:45 when I was there it was 5pm I showed her the receipt pmt and she said that I had to wait until certain time. They had several pizzas ready to wait no person. Bring 2 other people to tell me I can't get the pizza because it's what it is. She let me talk there and hid. No one waited, they had pizzas ready, she was super rude since the beginning she had them in the cash register and then hidden in the back didn't even want to come when I asked to talk to her. I am 8 months pregnant with my toddler son in my arms and she wanted me to wait almost an hour for a stupid pizza solo por sus huevos. a $3 pizza. Lol so pathetic lady not worth your pay tbh. Would I understand if it was packed and people were waiting, but I was literally the only one in the branch. Vieja amargada I feel so sorry for u don?t know how to treat people.

Yesterday, 16. September 2022 I wanted to pick up an order I had made at 7:45 a.m., which it would be ready until 8:30 a.m. I stopped at this point before and every time I get there 7-10 minutes early they have the order ready before the set time for picking up. So I'm going to drive thru and the male individual says it's not 8:30 forward and wait. He didn't even exercise control over the order, there were no cars behind me. I told him that. I also want to order wings and a pepsi. I like what are you at the moment? He accuses me and tells me I'm going forward. I'll see if there's a door for him to hand it over to me and there's no? So I decided to go on and park and walk in. Go and see the employee who was on the ride thru sat down with another employee (both of them obese employees) and then he noticed that I looked at him and I saw that he was standing up and going behind the ovens. Guess what, my order had been ready and was willing to go, but instead of giving me the order personally he says the other employee (healthy person who was friendly all the time on other visits) go outside to give the pizza. The ignorance of this drive thru employees to treat people with disrespect and think that simply because I appeared in a vehicle and think that I would not come down is something he should be trained on. The pizza was not even hot because of this ride thru staff make me wait until 8:30 when it was staged. Order number: 272 Order number: 622475

Great presentation! But the pizza was very bland. No taste on sauce or cheese. Weird. I'll choose another place next time.

You know when it's actually HOT and READY, this is a great choice for a good tasting pizza, I do want to give them a 5 star rating for the pizza ?, though I do wish the staff was a bit more mature. Everytime I get down there the staff is always messing around and cursing. What can you really expect when it's a bunch of CUHs working there...

Ordered deep deep dish and bread stick. What I got was cold stale bread sticks and uncooked pizza dough.....thank God my son wasn't hungry that could make him sick!!!! Never again will I order from here!!!! That is not cheese in the picture!
