Applebee's Grill - San Juan

A great place, delicious food and a great service and prices.

This place is located in the mall that I decided to eat here this afternoon, and I did this caesar salad with broth sticks, it was so good. the bartender was a very nice woman who spoke English in Spanish and my lunch really enjoyed.

Applebee’s grill bar on the plaza las americas in san juan is a well-managed Applebee site that is a reliable source for high quality food and drinks. I like to be the location and in the middle of everything and the entertaining atmosphere. the personal here is very friendly and accommodating. good experience here.

My waitress was really attentive. That place really needs a manager, the other employees just hanging around no sense of work. how can it be described? If you want microwaved food, instead of cooked this is your place. Host was lost in the sauce. The other waitress just playing on their phone. This place is the perfect example. A lot of great local places in PR to visit this dumpster.

Everybody has their own experiences so I will mention that my experience, wasn 't as great as others. I will put it plain and simple: -Orders took about an hour or more to come out, that 's also including appetizers that are simple to make. -Tables weren 't cleared out of trash and glasses. By the time we left, those tables haven 't been cleaned yet, still. -Waiters slacking on the job, with no sense of worry about their customers. Franky, our waiter, just casually having conversations with people by the bar, maybe trying to score with a woman, sheeesh. We watched a movie that lasted 2hrs and 45min, we were introduced to our waiter, 1 hour into the movie. Our orders came in at the end of the movie. No valid excuses can justify the actions you 've taken as a waiter in a family restaurant.
