Very small place and can be overfilled quite easily. the sortiment of ice rolls, however, is very diverse. the seasoned are in even greater variety. it is certainly a unique form for ice cream

Very cool experience. Not very expensive either. You pick your base flavor of ice cream and then get to pick 3 toppings. They make and roll the ice cream right in front of you which was really cool. Went a couple times while in the area.

Small place. Very crowded even with COVID restrictions. They use pagers to notify if ready. Rolls of ice cream are barely noticeable if you do not see the process. I would still come again for variety of ice cream and local details. Also had to wait about 25 min while staff appeared barely moving and talking to each other a lot.

We waited 40 minutes outside in the pouring rain for our ice cream. I’ve cream was good, but mediocre. Not worth waiting 40 minutes. Especially when it’s $7 for a small amount. Strawberry Daiquiri was about 3/4 of the way full. Took us close to 20 minutes just to order. Flavor options were very limited. Being sent out to stand in the pouring rain definitely didn’t help my view of this place. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Refused to make an ice cream 30-45 minutes before close. About 15-20 min would make sense but at this point go ahead and put 9:30 as closing time Edit: I loved seeing others have their order taken 10 minutes later as I walk by. I wish I could say they have a reason but they literally turned me away the second I walked in. Extremely rude. Not going to bother with this place in the future and I’ll be sure to let my friend know what service to expect.
