Feedback gevenThe service at this restaurant was extremely slow. There was only one staff member available during lunch service, and she couldn't even handle serving two customers. We had to wait for a long time, and it seemed like they preferred serving customers who were behind us in line. By the time we received our sandwiches, they were already cold. Two other workers, who I didn't recognize, appeared to be on break and only came out when we were ready to pay. To make matters worse, our order was canceled by the coworker, who then accused the lady behind us of placing the order. It felt like the customer behind us may have had a closer relationship with the employees, leading to them being prioritized. The employees at this restaurant definitely need better training in customer service.
This Subway location is one of the best. The employees are very friendly.
The restaurant was enjoyable, but they mistakenly billed us twice for the chips.
Rolled in at 10:30, posted closing time is 11. Guy says, ‘We are closed as he is closing up shop. Guess you don't want my money in exchange for food.
THIS SUBWAT puts a LOT of pastrami on their sandwich. OTHER subways near here stretch three skinny pieces of pastrami on a footlong bread. This place also has friendly workers.
