Wingstop - San Leandro

Every time I give them a try, they show why I go farther away to get a better experience. The staff is Rude and constantly on their phones. They cater more to Door Dash and Uber Eats than regular customer. I waited an hour just for them not even to havemy order on the line to get brought out. I'm NEVER going back there

Good service. Wings were a bit overcooked. Rather get some safeway wings. I've had better. They cost too much to ruin half the lemon pepper Wings by being over crunchy not juicy like hawaiian wimgs

I usually order and then walk around target while i wait for my food! I have noticed a huge difference the last few months, quick service and great workers, especially during an actual global pandemic. Roxane is always nice when i come in, which i do a lot because my bf loves chicken wings ? i know some people are impatient when it comes to their food, but they clearly never had to deal with customer service!

Terrible customer service. the lady who served me had the worst attitude, extremely rude and cried through the speaker. she has made my order wrong, I wanted wing without bones, for example I have them for my children and spiced pommes. she gave me the wrong wings and pommes. I literally left there with a headache! the place could do with a change of the cash. light experience

The prices have risen since covid19 and nothing on the menu is that. the same old menu for more and a middle line with weight.
