Feedback gevenThis place really needs a thorough cleaning. I stopped by to use the restroom and couldn’t help but notice the thick layers of dirt and gum stuck to the floor. There was a lot of dust on the vents and garbage scattered around. Despite having about seven staff members present, I wondered why none of them were tidying up. The bathroom had a strong smell of old urine, a sign that it hadn’t been cleaned in months. It's clear that a professional cleaning service is needed here. I almost ordered a drink, but the lack of cleanliness made me reconsider. You really need to step up your cleanliness game!
I had a disappointing experience at this café. One of the baristas, a short, heavyset woman with long curly hair, was quite rude. I ordered a cold drink, specifically the iced Starbucks blonde caramel latte. Despite showing the guy my order on a picture, he asked me about it four times. When my drink finally arrived, it was hot instead of cold. The woman told me, rather rudely, that I should have specified "iced." I thought showing the picture was sufficient, especially since the drink's name indicates it should be iced. In my opinion, a better approach would have been for them to apologize for the mix-up and replace my drink with the correct one, rather than being rude to the customer. Overall, it was poor service, and I won't be returning.
I have to say, my experience at this Starbucks was quite disappointing. I’ve always known Starbucks for its friendly staff, but that wasn’t the case here. The employees seemed more interested in chatting and giggling than attending to customers. It took almost an hour to get my mobile order—just imagine how long it would have taken if I had walked in! If you’re in a hurry, I strongly recommend skipping this location and going to the one next to Target instead; the staff there is much more efficient and friendly. To the baristas: if you're not enjoying your job, maybe it's time to consider a change.
2nd time doing mobile app at this location. If I would have did a review a day before this morning it could have been 5 stars. My perspective is that working under demanding pressure effects the overall quality of service including production. That is to say the previous morning was not busy as today. Like I mentioned to the staff time is money. And by not being prepared effected my income as I rely on fast past service through mobile apps to have the luxury of quick and quality service. I particularly choose this location because of the fluke stop from the previous money. The most disappointing part was the hefty tip in advanced I applied to my order. Extremely disappointed today. But I?ll have to be desperate for my morning fix if I choose this location again. Anyways I do appreciate that staff service regardless of this disappointing encounter. Thanks for listening.
Staff is not friendly at all, they take too long to make the drinks even tho they don?t have a drive thru. And they removed all the chairs in the coffee shop so you won?t stay long. If you?re looking for somewhere to work or sit and talk, this is not it. Also the bathrooms are very very dirty.
