Birrieria La Unica - San Luis

It's okay, I didn't have it bad, though there's a shot u like it.

This little Birria restaurant is really good. It is probably the closest to the authentic taste of the Mexican Birrie in the United States. Those who have tasted Birrie in Mexico and the United States know that it is not the same. Most US-Birria do not have this taste you remember having it in Mexico, but it has. They are cattle, goats and lambs. Usually you only find beef in the USA. It is rare to find goats and lamb on the menu. Most do not know how to prepare them and if not done properly. The meat is very playful. You can say they know how they are here. I tried all three meats and they were all good. If you're looking for the Mexico taste of the Birrie, you can't go wrong here.

Big Birria and really good fresh homemade tortillas.

The Mannings have always had the best birria. You can't go wrong eating here?? anything you order will be great. Oh and the freshly made tortillas make the meal way better

Unfortunately the food it's not bad but it takes long time to get it, they should hired more people in order to give us a good service.
