Though service took a bit long, food and ambience was great, we were all full!
We had a bad experience. Though they advised that waiting is around 1hour, we waited for 1hr and almost 45mins, we had enough that we have to takeout the foods....

The food is not great. It is better to improve their serving serving and presentation, though their staffs are accomodating.
I am one the regular customer of black plate. The food was good and there service was good too. But lately the place was change, same price but the food quality...
