Chick-fil-a - San Marcos

Chick-fil-A is known for its fast service and high quality. everything that this location is missing. they take forever to have their food ready, and every time I'm gone, they get my order wrong. missing a ware in my order is considered 100%. you manager needs a better training.

I and the nabeby went to a 1/28/22 at 8:45. we had ordered a meal, and one with frits enticed. the drink was a sweet tee. I didn't drink the sweet tee because we had already died. the next morning I decided to eat the remaining pommes and drink the sweet tee. When I came down, I realized there was a hair. I have black hairs and that was definitiw either blond or ingwer. I am very disappointed that I have always loved her sweet tee.

I didn't think it was possible to have a bad chik fil A experience. the bathrooms were dirty and the pommes were so delicate. the whole place felt dirty and the cash box looked exhausted and not alive. so sad.

First chick fil a that I've been to with dirty tables. That said, it is possible that they were short staffed. The food was very good and the staff very courteous.
