Figaro's Pizza Pub - San Marcos

I ordered online for Saturday night dinner. Total was $59.54, with no carryout fee. Sent my daughter to pick it up. She comes back with a ccard receipt total of $65.23. Three dollars were added after-the-fact to the items ordered, a well as a To Go Order Charge of $2.25. So including tax, an additional charge of $5.69 was added to my ccard in-store without my permission. I called the manager upon her return home. He was in no mood to hear my issue. He kept over-talking me as I spoke. He would impatiently not give me the room to speak. He said it was a problem with corporate and that there was nothing he could. Frustrating. I kept pushing anyways--my money, right? Then the manager became more argumentative, spinning that the problem was not with the additional charges--he thought those were fine--but with me expressing frustration over the charges and, consequently, his condescending attitude. Am I suppose to be happy with a business charging my card whatever they want? And subsequently belittling my complaint? His attitude was condescending ? from the get-go. Passive-aggressive even. I just don 't get why the attitude was necessary. After more back and forth, he finally gave me a loose commitment to fix it I 'll see what I can do. So after all that BS, I finally can sit down to have dinner. Lol. The XL pizza was jammed into a LG box. The margarita pizza had full basil stems. Three pizzas, $65.23. As of this post, no credit has been given. Ridiculous.

Excellent pizza! Great quality and good selection of fixed pies as well as the build-your-own option. Crust is perfect, which is becoming a rarity these days, sad to say. We'll definitely be back again. Next time, I'll get pictures!

The staff is very friendly, you can build your own pizza, therefore the options are infinite. The pizza was scrumptious, the boneless wings were delicious. They have a great beer selection and a great ambience. Worth going!

The staff at this restaurant was incredibly friendly, especially the girl who waited on me. She was kind and patient. I had a great experience during lunch, enjoying the pizza combo. It exceeded my expectations with its delicious crust, ooey gooey cheese, fresh toppings, and flavorful pesto sauce. The salad was also fresh and refreshing. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my meal.

Roll up doors to open on nice days, highchairs for the littles, amazing views, great draft beer selection, full bar, super fresh salad with micro greens, great staff, friendly servers, purse hooks under the bar, cool lighting, clean floors, tasty pizza, queso is great, Barbecue Totchos were our favorite they taste like heaven, Audrey and Brooke took great care of us brought us an extra water container and made sure we never wanted, giant windows, giant TVs, neat local art on the walls, chewy crust, awesome cell reception. Negatives are no changing tables in bathroom, dirty menus, dirty mens room, the sun will blind you between 4PM and 7PM, the cook wears shorts and scratches all over his body, then makes food no gloves. You can see into the kitchen from the bar. I have video if you request nicely. Overall an impressive experience, just a few turn offs.
