We went in 15 minutes before 9, the time they closed, and they kicked us out of the second we said they were closed... the guy was extremely rude and disrespectful. Don't take your time, go to SHAKE SMART! Close at 10 o'clock

Don't go here, customer service was terrible and guy in the ponytail was lazy and let his staff commands while he mopped to leave 20min early before closing. I would recommend to Shake smart instead of...

This is one of the most accommodating smoothie kings I've ever been to. Zachary and the manager were incredibly nice. A lady had entered the smoothie king while I was there and began to harass Zachary and other customers. Zachary handled the situation very professionally while she ensured that I and the other customers were okay. The manager was very accommodating to the woman and was also very professional. They have really made the security and convenience of their customers a priority. Best Smoothie King I've been there before.

This is the best smoothie king I still had. The smoothies are top animals and their employees. There was a lady who came to the store and had begun to harass one of the staff named Zachary. She made clear things and was very rude to him. She even started a job with my girlfriend and me because we don't defend her. He treated the situation extremely professionally and even jumped in to ensure our convenience. The manager came out and solved the problem by very quiet conversations with the lady about what she needed and Zachary about what was the confusion. I am HIGHLY impressed by how the staff took care of the situation and the smoothies! They were delicious!

The female worker at this location with pigtails was extremely rude to my woman, everyone else I’ve dealt with here were good. Needs to be fired.6/17/2022Employees at this location were very rude once again and decided to close up shop 30 minutes before the actual closing time, there’s a tall white male that literally walked behind me and my woman to make sure we walked out of the location only to lock the door while business should still be open. At least provide extra time if employees need it to clean up and call it a day.
