The baristas at this place are consistently friendly and professional. The one with green hair is particularly cheerful and engaging; she always lifts my spirits. The drinks are prepared quickly and accurately. In the two years I’ve been coming here, I've never once received the wrong order.
I had to wait 30 minutes for a hot tea while my drinks were also delayed. This should have been communicated at the register. If Starbucks is going to charge premium prices for low-cost drinks, they really need to raise wages to properly staff the store.
Christmas eve- the staff made sure that we knew that we had a 10 article order when we arrived at the drive thru, but not let us know that they were distributed from avocado. It was until we checked our order and came out of the car to go inside and ask the avocado spread. The employee then said they were out and that we had to get a refund through the app. I have never received a refund from the app. It was always in business. I'm sorry you had to be there if you didn't want to be there. I still know you're here on a holiday.
I hate to do this, but how hard is it to look at an order and make what the customer ordered? It literally means that it is attached directly on the entrance to the cup. They also did my frap well before the pick-up time, so it was nice and melted and space temp until the time I got there. I get people messing up, people are human, but accusing someone almost $10 and consistently messing up their order could also steal... I mean, McDonalds does it every time for more than half the cost. Not good if a clown runs a better business than you....
