Buca San Francesco - San Marino

Following an elongated voyage from our temporary domicile in the comune di Bologna, it would not be incorrect to argue that our desire for sustenance had approached it 's apex. It was during this state of desire whereupon our eyes were drawn to the unassuming sign bearing the name Ristorante Buca San Francesco . Upon laying our gaze upon the offerings of this establishment, it would be justified to say that our expectations were, for the most part, speculative. However, as it would come to pass, our expectations were, one could say, superceded by a substantial margin. Though far from being at a gustatoratoral zenith, it could be stated that it is possible to make the argument that the pabulum provided exceeded adequacy. It may even be tolerable to bestow the description of edibility to this cuisine that which those in the know call TagRag . More commonly known as spagbol . All in all, a pleasant culinary foray in a quaint, orthodox establishment.

I would definitely go back. a pleasant outdoor area on a terrace directly inside the tore to the city. good service, decent eating and a reasonable price makes it a simple and pleasant stop to lunch.
