Swirlz Soft Serve Parlor - San Marino

Some things never change I came back here as my daughters and their few friends wanted ice cream and I couldn't say no since they were kids. Rude, gross, and gave us a sloppy one with no napkins, melted and skimped us. How are you all in service still? Because you paid other reviewers to write high reviews?

Rude !!!!!!! Stared at my 6 yr old grandson, like if looks could kill . I will never go back there . They don't deserve my business.

Went in tonight with my mother and 5 year old son. My son picked up a strawberry boba ball and I told him to not touch the toppings but to go ahead and eat the item since he already touched it. I asked the girl behind the counter what it was about 3x to which she rudely replied it's written on the spoon! Then went back behind the curtain and told the owner my son touched the item so she came out with a new container of boba balls. As we paid the owner stood there with her hands crossed and stared down my 5 year old son for what seemed like forever. My mom told her she didn't need to be so rude, she could at least smile. And she didn't budge! Not coming back here again

Hands down great frozen yogurt! I would say reasonably priced. Several selections of sides and fruit is actually fresh. Not frozen or hard like other frozen yogurt places. I highly recommend buying locally!!!

This frozen yogurt shop doesn't have a wide variety of flavors, and the space is quite cramped. When I first arrived, the manager was friendly and welcoming, but once I requested sample cups, I noticed her giving me the side-eye while she got them. Trying to figure out their flavors was also frustrating. I want to know what flavors they have for the week before I go in, but they only post that information on Twitter. That's really inconvenient since I don't have an account and have no intention of signing up just to check their flavors. Because of all this, I won't be coming back.
