I bought a 12 oz iced black tea. However, I found the price to be too high compared to other establishments.

I wholeheartedly echo the sentiment of the review regarding the unfriendly behavior of the Asian female staff member. Due to my limited proficiency in English, I struggled to comprehend her instructions and had to ask for clarification. In response, she sighed and appeared visibly frustrated, leaving me feeling embarrassed and upset. Despite being a regular customer, I now hesitate to return to this establishment for fear of encountering her again.

The friendly staff delivers exceptional customer service and the coffee beans are of excellent quality.

Spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. This location has merch and baked goods. Lots of seating available
