When someone of this store wants to order on instacart, and order 100 bananas, 8 gallons of milk, lots of heavy cream, cleaning products and a bunch of water, at least give a decent tip for the instacart driver! 5us for maybe the most heavy order I’ve ever seen in instacart is not fair, even more to delivery inside a mall!because when you buy an ice cream at this store, the minimum tip is 15%, and they don't even give a 5% tip to the driver!

You can expect a long line when visiting on weekends, however most of the staff, are well prepared to take on customers. I was helped by this young man who was very patient and kind, and kept the line moving smoothly. #thatsdazs

Came after watching a movie at Cinépolis. There was a small group in front of us and just one person working. She was able to efficiently help them and then it was our turn. As we walked up, a huge amount of people came behind us but the worker was calm enough still to let me try a couple flavors before deciding. As we went to pay, another worker from the back came out and I saw as they continued to help all the other customers. Cookie dough ice cream was really good and I'd come back. My experience at this location is not too bad. The customer service is ok. The ice cream is high quality and so good. Reasonable price as well.
