The restaurant features a clean and accessible layout with plenty of seating available. Parking is also easier here compared to the nearby mall. The service is courteous and professional. However, food preparation can be on the slower side, likely due to the extensive customization options. The food is enjoyable but doesn't quite reach the level of greatness. The counter burger, for instance, is a hefty stack of meat and fries that's quite challenging to eat by hand, but it is definitely satisfying. Their burger bowls are decent as well, but they come with a higher price tag than the burgers, for some reason. This place may not be ideal for a quick lunch, but it works well if you have an hour or more to spare.

I made my own bunless turkey burger, and it was quite simple. The dressing I chose was basil pesto, which was absolutely delicious! The turkey was juicy, and all the vegetables were fresh. We were a group of 20, and we were seated within 25-30 minutes, just as promised. The customer service was fantastic as well!
