I wasn't happy with my latest experience. despite the request noa for a pedi and dip powder company with designs, I was assigned two completely different technicians. We only knew that later, but someone told me about the recipe when I checked in. my pedicure with mary was good. the manicure was with another technician and started ok, but I was disappointed with the end result. the finishing missing, the color is cloudy and there are white spots around my nails. I would make an inspirational picture for the designs and the highlights that supposed to be matte gold in the glitter. that gives a very different look than what I wanted. it was too late at this point to say something, and I am not sure that it would have made a difference anyway, I would have been there two hours. I mentioned my disappointment during the review at the reception and the two people there was apologetic, but not much other than talking to the owner, but I did not decide. I might return for a normal mani/pedi, but nothing more. I wish they had informed me about the change of technology and also that this design is not feasible instead of my nails that look like a craft project.

Y Salon made it so easy to book online and they have all their services clearly listed so you can pick exactly the services you are needing. I came into my appointment early and was greeted and offered a variety of refreshments. I got sat in a really tidy station and my hair artist, Yvonne, was really attentive to what I described I wanted. She offered other options and I was so glad she did. I left with one of the best hair cuts in a style I never considered and it exceeded my expectations. Yvonne is an incredible colorist and stylist. I absolutely love my new hair. After moving to the area, I was dreading trying to find someone to trust with my hair. I am so happy I found Y Salon and found the person I will be trusting with for all my future hair needs!
