Feedback gevenThe Wagyu was fake and cold for 56 EUR. Never again. Conplainment with no reaction. Only the starter was good.
So far our best food in Bibione. Not so crowded and „fast-food“ style, but calmly located in the „green“. Seafood starters were very nice and the beef filet and Fiorentina were great. The fish was apparently very good as well. Definitely a recommendation. Kids were finding friends to play in the garden.
We arrived and nobody came to greet us. We found our own seats away from the diners as we only wanted an aperitif. We would have decided on a meal from then on. Nobody came to us to take our orders despite having called a copule of them, but the just ignored us. I went to the bar but there was no barman there. Waiters were serving themselves at the bar. I followed a waiter and kindly asked him. We waited a further 20 mins and then my partner asked again. Eventually one waiter brought our drinks and coming up behind him was another with another two drinks meant for us. He suddenly realised and turned back with them. There was nothing else offered to us like a few crisps or nuts so my partner went back to ask for them. The waitér that was not in the same uniform as the others, presumably one of the family who owned the Havana very rudely replied that he was too busy and we had to wait. Some fries arrived when our drinks were nearly finished. We nearly felt like leaving the place without paying, but being honest people we had to wait around at the cash desk for someone to have the time for us to receive our money. Eventually we paid by credit card, but didnt get a receipt because as he told us the amount was under €25. I then had doubts whether he had charged us more and immediately called my bank to report this and decline any payments more than the said amount. All this was unacceptable for such a classy restaurant, and if you are not known to them for having a professional title and a large wallet, they will treat you as second class citizens.
For the first time we were this evening. After years we frequent the drink we never had the opportunity to go. clean place, warm and excellent welcome. after the green passage control we solved. we order for the little one: sausage and chips I had the desire of beef fillet in the grill (among the menu options) but unfortunately there was not. I think. if the menu is already reduced given the period...the few things make them find! Anyway we order for me and my husband: the pebble to divide the grilled meat of Prussian manzetta. half liter of red wine of the house and water. good little bonnet as good, given melted in the mouth. in my husband he grilled some pieces too cooked. I'm sorry, but she's not pregnant. half stayed there. excellent service presence of loving staff. - With my daughter of years. at the end of the dinner offered us a bitter and also this appreciated. I give the stars for the lack of one of the few dishes in the menu,grigliata ni....and red wine that is probably too much in the stem and not appreciable. and I would come back
The place is beautiful! really good pizza. the service is made by quiet and kind boys. Unfortunately we did not like the ratio quality, quantity and price for meat. euro for a few pieces of quality meat not even so discreet is really excessive, as much as Euro for a little picanha (and it is not at all the declared grams) and many fries (evidently to fill the eye the shortage of the main dish.) the chicken, besides it was not well cooked: there was still blood. meat is at times more fat than substance. I wouldn't come back again, except for pizza. for the meat we are not. is one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen around. sin not to exploit this potential.
