Da Silvio - San michele all'adige

The first feeling was; but how the effervescent lady with daughters and grandchildren is gone? Then, the welcome and especially the always excellent cuisine have put me at ease. My attendance at this historic restaurant is just as historic. They took me in the early 80s to get me to know it and since then I've been a assiduous though only for a couple of times a year to attend. I never memorized his name but when I walked in it was like I left the day before. Always in transit to or from those mountains that are now part of me. I lost myself as an old man while I should write about the kindness of the new managers, the dishes reposed with small but effective changes, from the price I always found right. I'll come back almost surely and the lunch from Silvio who in the family was almost a myth, will continue to perpetrate.

On the weekend we were two times, both on the way and on the return. The welcome is very pleasant, almost familiar. On the green certificate, however, leave a little to desire (you can't say that if you see everyone ready with the mobile phone in your hand, then you're quiet that they have it. The rule must be respected, exactly. Then on the return no control, with even 2 additional people compared to the gone a little bit less... Good dishes, nothing amazing, but a great value for money. Characteristic is the Schweizer dish, from the name of the architect who designed the structure (and the furnishings, consisting of a warm holla stone pioda, on which to cook the pieces of meat, vegetables, cheeses and eggs they carry. Good both first and sweets. Appreciated grappa or final liqueur.

Nice spacious, clean and tidy environment with availability of tables outside next to the Adige cycle path. trained and kind staff, simple and tasty cuisine supplied with quality raw materials. note of merit is the very scenic tartare prepared at the table, definitely worth trying.

Tasted the Schweizer dish in a Schweitzer environment.... fortunately it has nothing to do with Schweiz (Switzerland) where Italian qualities are dreamed of! Excellent, recommended! I 'll confirm again after months!

Luckily we came across Da Silvio in San Michele. We were welcomed and served very friendly. Very tasty food, fine wine and delicious dessert all at very correct prices. We can highly recommend this restaurant with its special, artistic interior and very beautiful terrace. There is certainly no better address in San Michele. We would love to come back here.
