So excited about this place it saved my life when I felt sick from street food and drilling. delicious pepita milk, cookies are divine, and everything is fresh! mint chip frappé is the next level with homemade spirulina.

In addition to all the glowing reviews of Lindsey's drinks, it's worth noting that she also serves excellent fresh bagels—poppy seed, sesame seed, pumpkin seed, sunflower seed, or flax seed, plus onion or garlic.

Discovered this tiny smoothie shop just down the street from Via Organica and El Pato (the local art store) in the Guadalupe neighborhood of San Miguel de Allende. The owner, Lindsey, is from Portland OR. As a Seattlite, we had a lot in common. They...have a great selection of smoothies, frape's, and juices. I went there four times during my month in SMA and always had one of the green smoothies. Delicious and healthy. Lindsey bakes treats for the shop also. If she has the salted peanut butter cookies, do try one, they're small but delicious! Lindsey has great ideas for things to do and fun restaurants too!

Cozy and Friendly! Great place, they have a nice shop and good selection of vegan and vegetarian options!

We accidentally found this quaint little coffee shop in the La Organica area of San Miguel while shopping for art supplies. Lindsay served us some cool coffee creations and was a wonderful ambassador for her community.. A must stop by, when you’re in SMG.
