Doña Sara is dead. It's degrading until it's located on Tripadvisor. Their empanadas, who knew glory, will no longer be before the house, but their memory will remain forever. Rest in Peace, Mrs. Sara.
It is a Tunisian tradition that ladies prepare these wonderful empanadas. Good dough, tasty filling and infernal oven.
I met Doña Sara when I had a small business... there I tried her empanadas. When I came back to Tucumán, we went with some Italian friends, I didn't find her, and then they told me that I was in front of the Historic House... they're still the best.
It is a old fragility that can make more than a dozen daily empanadas, and there is a permanent queue to buy.... Actually, it's just the postcard...
