Firebirds Wood Fired Grill - San Pedro

One thing Firebird will get right is that Cajun butter steak! The steak melts in your mouth like butter. If you're a big fan of spice I say this is perfect. It's not overly spicy but the hint of Cajun is there and brings the steak to a new level. Service was great the waitress answered all of our questions and didn't rush us to order when we were still looking at the menu. The down fall of the meal was my ceaser salad. It didn't taste like a ceaser salad unfortunately. It was my first time ordering the lemon cake and it was delicious. Not too sweet but once you add the blueberry sauce it does make the cake sweeter.

Great for any occasion. Although this is a chain, it 's a good chain. Higher end chain, if you will. My first time there was with a group. They took care of us quite well and the food was all really good. It is a bit pricey but you do feel like you got what you paid for. Tip: Make a reservation in advance. Call, online, other restaurant app to find open tables, etc. Be prepared because this place is popular. Sometime the waits for service can run a little long but not let me speak to the manager long, if you know what I mean. Would I go back? Definitely. There are a few locations throughout the Cincinnati and Dayton areas. I actually plan on hitting the Dayton location up for lunch in the near future.

The ambiance here is great. This is one of our top 3 places to eat in the area mainly because of this and the food is great. I've never had a bad meal here. Occasionally we have gotten less than desirable service but it has been so rare we haven't stopped going. However lately the service has trended down so I'm hoping it's temporary.

Nothing makes me happier than a salad being served correctly. Cold plate, cold fork, cold lettuce- perfect trifecta!!! Unfortunately, the phone did not get to eat first .. as i was too hungry and ate up my firebird pasta. I highly recommend the Philly rolls, blt salad , and firebird pasta .. mmmm!

Food was poor. Service was poor. Dirty silverware.(server brought even more dirty silverware to the table before checking it) My steak was overcooked My wife's steak was undercooked. Both steaks tasted like pure salt with a slight hint of garlic. Do not recommend.
