Central de Agaves - San Pedro Cholula

The Mango drinks with Mexcal were great. The free salsas and chips were delicious. Meals were top notch and the price was perfect for quality

What a great meal! And drinks! We split the Mocajet between three. It was amazing. And a lot of food. A fun restaurant for friends families or couples! Delicious!

Good delicious dishes. Excellent attention! Really to eat some better places in Cholula. Parking is available, but not from the restaurant, so they are not too good.

To say Central de Agaves is a nice place is an understatement. From the overall mood (which was, in our case, exactly what we were looking for) to the excellent service, this is must in your next visit to San Pedro Cholula. We were impressed by the artwork, which was created by Dr. Gatto (a.k.a. Juan Carlos, the sommelier/waiter, and the best server we have ever had in the state of Puebla), and by the recommendations of mezcal and drinks made by him. We had some snacks (papas bravas and tlacoyos) and everything was amazing, with great flavor, good temperature, and nice serving size. Luis, who we assume is the owner, made us feel important by asking us about the music, about the food, and about the overall mood. This added to an experience which was fueled by a round of mezcal tasting, which surprisingly, came on the house. Juan Carlos told us there is a fine dining experience for groups (I might have misheard, but I understood it was up to 8 or 12 persons per group). He’s very well studied on mezcal, so if you have any question about anything related to mezcal, don’t hesitate. We promise we’ll be back at Central de Agaves next time we visit San Pedro Cholula, as we can’t imagine visiting the zone and not saying hello to our new friends.

El lugar esta padrisimo, la comida muy buena y el servicio ni se diga, ampliamente recomendado! Los meseros están siempre al pendiente y te dan varias opciones de comida y mezcales!
