The spread includes delicious dishes like macaroni and cheese, coleslaw, roasted potatoes, corn on the cob, and more. However, the real highlight of the buffet is the selection of meats, which are freshly cut, aged, and cured in the kitchen each week. Options include baby back ribs, pork loin, beef brisket, bacon-wrapped steaks, grilled chicken, fish, and more. Vegetarian options are also available. Once you place your order, you wait for your name to be called, then load up your plate with sides (only one trip allowed). Most of the seasonings, spicy sauces, and barbecue sauces are also produced in Smokin' Joe's salsa production plant.

The seasonings, spicy sauces, and barbecue sauces are all made in-house at Joe's Sauce production plant.
