We had a compulsory half board stay at the hotel so we could choose only between two menus: the classic (that changes every 4-5 days) and the menu of the day with the option to mix choices between the two options. The portions are small but the quality is good. They told us that we could have an encore if we wished to. We would have preferred more flexibility in the choices at least some other options that are easy to prepare every day such as grilled vegetables with aged local cheeses, a rich salad or cured ham and truffle bruschetta. They have just reopened in April 2017 under a new ownership so we hope they are willing to improve to satisfy even the most demanding guest.

Very convenient to dine in the ristorante of the hotel after a day of wandering through the town, shopping, enjoying the pool. It is very good cuisine and excellent service.

This restaurant is best if you are staying at the hotel and don't feel like going out. There are loads of cute places a few minute walk from the hotel, though. The staff is friendly but very rushed as meals have short/limited hours. Food is tasty but very heavy. Good, decent food but a bit unimaginative. Better than your standard hotel food, though. Prices for lunch buffet are fair. Dinner prices a little higher but fair enough. I'll likely go back for lunch buffet if I stay here again . Don't make a special trip, though

L'hotel è molto elegante e il ristorante è bello, i tavoli ben distanziati e attrezzati. una vista delle enormi piscine termali, la valle e l'amiata di montagna. l'antipasto era eccellente e così tutti i corsi che è successo, il vino nobile era perfetto con tutti i piatti. dolci davvero buoni accompagnati da un ottimo vino dolce. Torneremo presto. raccomandato
