Starbucks - San Rafael

Really one of the nicest staff teams I’ve ever experienced at Starbucks. Friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. The atmosphere itself could use a little ‘lift-me up,’ but overall, this is my favorite location in SR.

Unfriendly staff and constantly getting my orders wrong I will be glad when I move from here and can frequent a better location

Shout out to the Starbucks crew today from 4-5pm. I had a meeting with someone while a difficult and inappropriate visitor came in the coffee shop twice and they had to ask this person to leave. The unstable person was rude and hostile back to the workers but the staff was not phased and handled the situation appropriately. Just want to say thank you and you are doing a great job.

Awesome location! Atmosphere feel warm and relaxing. Always greeted with smiles and good morning from staff and manager. This is my go to spot on the way to work. Staff remembers names and orders which is amazing. Goes above and beyond for the customers!!!

Staff was great. Had to get coffee for my 2900+ miles road trip. Perfect start.
