Arrived at 9:18 and was closed, despite posted hours on the door and online saying open until 9:30.

The bread was over toasted so it was a little hard but was good

How hard is it to make a sandwich when it's a phone order and it's still wrong???The person who made the sandwich clearly doesn't pay attention to details and sloppily threw together ingredients. If you hate your job and don't care about how YOU make a sandwich then you should not be in hospitality type work. $13 for a sandwich that hardly had ingredients in the right amounts and wrong! You know who you are and should be FIRED. The voicemail is full...I wonder why. I tried to call to speak to a manager. Next, it's headquarters because it's UNACCEPTABLE!

Read the reviews for 4050 Redwood Highway, San Rafael location. I contacted headquarters. Hopefully this employee will be reprimanded. Clearly needs training or just needs to care about making a decent sandwich and paying attention to details. This location has numerous bad reviews. Avoid this store. Run. Yes, it's really UNACCEPTABLE.

New owners or managers are terrible. I asked for spinach. He gave me (5) pieces of spinach. I asked for more and he was surprised. I asked for shredded cheese, Eddie sprinkled it on like salt and pepper. Then once again I asked for more cheese, he's said I need to charge you extra I have been going here since it opened. Completely disappointed. I will no longer be going here.
