Rostipollos - San Rafael de Escazu

Good food but terrible service. Waitress doesn't talk nor smile, just drops drinks and food on the table like super fast and leaves. Then at the moment of paying she disapeared 5min in the back with my credit card. Another guy came back with my card, looking at my number information in the back. I'm worried that my info was stolen, anyone could have taken a photo of my card while they were in the back with it. It already happened to me 5 months ago. Also they include 10% tip in the bill without asking permission. I wouldn't have given any tip since the service sucks. Don't force clients to pay for bad service.

The food is good, but expensive since it just traditional food cooked in bulk. It takes too much time to get anything, a table, the food, the check, literally anything; seriously understaff. Not coming back to this location, I’ll visit Rosti in Sabana or somewhere else

Rosti pollos is that classic Costa Rican sit down and take out restaurant that has everything you need at a pretty reasonable price. It can get a bit pricey depending on what you eat but the food is delicious and the staff was great. I would definitely come back here if I have a bigger group so we can share the massive amounts of food

Perhaps chicks are smaller than standard but not too much. Although, the rest of the items are outstanding. Fried cheese cubes, tortillas, cabbage salad, onions, plantain patacones, hard-fried tortilla chips, black beans pâte, choice of tap and bottled beer, at an affordable price!

I hadn't visited this place in a long time and came back just to find out that quality of the food has siginifantly decreased. Not as tasty as I remembered. Servers are friendly.
