Noodles And Company - San Ramon

Bad food! Nothing close to the dish claimed. Had ordered thai green curry and Korean noodles but not even 10% close. Will not visit again.

Currently standing waiting for a pick up order. My food is about 10 minutes late. The place is slammed. While most workers seem frustrated and irritable, there is one who stands out, making quick decisions, keeping a cool head, and even when he told me they were out of something I ordered, he was genuinely apologetic and willing to do what he could for me. I think this guys name is Brian or Ryan? Either way, his awesome customer service is the only thing keeping me from being another angry and irritated customer. Keep up the good work! Sorry for the low stars, seems over all the place is understaffed and out of product too early in the day.

I'm a frequent patron of Noodles Co. on regular trips to Denver and love the food and service. First time at this Sam Ramon location and was hugely disappointed with the portion size. I always get the same thing, regular Stroganoff, but this seemed like a small in a regular bowl. It really was a small amount for $9.25+ tax. I was the only one in store so can't put it down to being busy. Probably won't return.

Food tastes great, but they may need to work on portion size... quantity sereved is half the bowl that they show.

I have been to this location several times and have always been satisfied. I usually walk in and order after work, about 5:30-6pm. Usually very quick.
