Starbucks - San Ramon

I've been driving to this place for three years. I'm going there to read or work. And I am always happy to visit this place because of their drinks, employees and the atmosphere. The staff there is really what makes me this place every time. Your customer service is phenomenal. They are so sweet, friendly and always work very hard. They really care about their customers. Your drinks always taste great. This place is always clean. They have beautiful interior and exterior seats. In short, Alcosta Starbucks is amazing, and it always feels like home.

Misheard the name and order. Ordered less caramel sauce and they added extra. Didn?t realize until too late. Waste of time and money.

As the store reopens, it's returning to more normal busy-ness. That said, the workers remain pleasant and REMEMBER OUR NAMES. It's like going home, but to really tasty coffee drinks.

I got the worst service from the older lady with a pompon hair style. She doesn?t smile, or look up at you when ordering and no thank you! She can use more employee customer service training????
