Amazing boba and definitely want to shop again in the future

The boba is good but wait times tend to be long and the service isn't great.

I love t4 but omg the energy in this store is so dull idk why the employees seem so depressed and are so quiet. i feel like they hate me when i order

I LOVE T4, but out of countless locations, this one has another take on spice levels. At other places, I take my fried tofu at L5, but at this location, I dial that baby down to L2 because the last time I got my regular order, I was looking at little chunks covered in black spice. After pushing through the pain of the first couple of bites, the fire seared through my stomach, and I had to toss it all out (deep sadness). Just make sure to have their milk tea on hand if you dip into those higher levels!

The Kamquat basil seed is good. Almost all the drink can go with zero sugar here cuz the sweetness is a bit crazy. Everything taste just right with no sweetness. The Basil popcorn chicken taste great tho. I would suggest asking customer about the sweetness and ice level every time when they order. Sometimes we can forgot.
