Burger King - San Ramon

Hit and miss. When they?re good they?re good (60% of the time) but they mess up orders a lot, and are constantly out of ingredients. They haven?t had lettuce in weeks (see sign they posted) and were out of the ghost pepper sauce for the Halloweenwhopper days before Halloween. They also never pick up their phone, so you can?t call ahead and see if they have what you want,before you make the trek in, which is annoying. The app also doesn?t remove the items they have out of stock, so you?ll oftenorder things, then find out your sandwich is missing items as they hand it to you. Please try harder, I want so much to likethis location.

The food is what you?d expect but they need to ease up on the mayonnaise?. The service is really good but the app and the coupons was all a bit confusing and left you wondering if you overpaid.

The staffed seamed very over whelmed. They didnt have large cups but still sold large drinks. They should have told customers that they had no large cups. They did try to give me a large by giving me a medium and small drink which was nice, but I didntwant double the cups. Had to hold drinks in my lap since there wasnt enough cup holders (3 people ordered large drinks)

I was in between interviews for a job and really needed something to eat. I haven't been to a Burger King in years! I was there sometime around 10 am, there wasn't anyone in line so I was quickly able to get my food. I parked in the back of the Burger King so that I could eat and wait for my next interview which was about 5 minutes away. And that time I saw other people pulling through the drive-thru and also get food. It seemed that everyone is moving quite quickly. I got one of the breakfast burritos and it was actually really good.
