FOLLY. Prices definitely ABOVE the average and quality of the dishes definitely BELOW the average. €27 a cut of tuna, water and cover charge. Without coffee. In low season. Alone. The worst tuna cut I've ever eaten in my life. Luckily there was bread (in a paper bag) on the table. At least €5 more than all the other places open, but it wouldn't have made any difference to me if the food had been good. But not like that.
