Firehouse Subs San Tan Valley

I called in for a pickup order, and the sandwiches were delicious and satisfying. We shared the large barbecue brisket and cheddar sandwich, asking for the barbecue sauce on the side. The brisket had a lovely, subtle smoky flavor that paired well with the cheddar cheese. I prefer adding the sauce at home to keep the sandwich from getting too soggy from the heat. The barbecue sauce is fantastic! Occasionally, we order extra meat, which can overpower the sandwich, but they provide a generous portion as it is.

This restaurant is the best of the best among chain sandwich shops. I've been coming here for years and have tried all the others, but none can compare. Although it's a bit pricey, I'm willing to pay more because I don't want to go anywhere else; I'd rather come here more often. Everything is always made fresh to order, and the app works perfectly. The staff is friendly and seems genuinely engaged, unlike typical fast-food employees.

The staff was very nice!! We have recently moved to this area happy to have found store so close to home!! There was an elderly gentleman ahead of me, I heard his order, the employee repeats back your order you pay. We ordered and walked down tothe other end to wait the elderly man was upset he didn't get 2 sandwiches, he wanted a refund. He didn't order 2, as I heardhim ordering. The guys were very very nice to him, refunded him made him another sandwich. The customer was not being nice tothem, they still kept their composure. Cudos to them!! We will definitely be back, often!!!

Not bad...but not great either. For the price, there should be more meat on the sandwich. The bread overwhelmed each bite.
