El Corral - San Xavier

1st time here. Nice experience...however a couple of small things and it would have been a 5 star across the board. We arroved at 515 fir reservation, and were given the worst seat in the house. A small booth tucked behind the grillNo views...no nothing. Told them we were celebrating my birthday, and nothing was done for me. Au jous came out in a plastic ramakin which diminshed the nice meal. Also...garlic knots were cold, dry, and stale.Food was quick tho and delicious.No manager in site ,nor did our table get touched by even a supervisor.We will go back for sure tho.

Vegetarian options: They have one vegan item on the menu and it's very good!

This was a disappointment.In previous visits, there was salad made at the table side, and you could choose what ingredients you wanted in each salad. No longer. They put all the ingredients in each salad.The prime rib was tough and bland.

I haven't been here in a decade, but my memory was accurate: delicious tastey tender prime rib and superb tamale pie....washed down with cold beer. Be careful if the horsey-radish sauce, they're not kidding its potent (eye watering buy good . Friendly service. I wish I hadn't filled up on those tastey appetizers so I could have tried the mud-pie...the tabl3 next door had one and I ALMOST asked for a taster :
