Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse Wine

Server Paul was excellent. Knowledgeable about menu and full of suggestions. Time to take order was delayed; salads were excellent and Paul 's suggestion for half salad was excellent. Steaks were not exceptional, while cooked as ordered they were chewy. Children 's menu was surprisingly appealing, but prep was not for children. Chicken strips were over cooked and seasoned with cumin and too much pepper for a child. The mac cheese was not for a child very creamy, tasty but unappealing. Probably will not return

Fleming's serves the best steak in Pima County. Delicious Caesar Salads, Loaded Potatoes, and Porterhouse steak done perfectly. Our server Dominica was top notch as well as the assistant servers.

Service is always excellent at Flemings Tucson. On this occasion I ordered a New York Strip and got one of the worst steaks I have ever had....anywhere. Wait staff and management were appropriately concerned and immediately worked to find a satisfactory resolution. Offered to prepare another steak for me but by the time it would have arrived at the table my wife would have already finished her dinner (or it would require reheating or preparation) so I declined the offer. I didn't have to ask and the charge was removed without question. Sometimes things happen. One measure of the integrity of a dining establishment and their staff is not how they respond to praise but how they respond when a customer brings food quality issues to their attention. Flemings did the right thing and deserves high marks. I am writing this review because my wife and I go to Flemings on special occasions and expect the dining experience to be on par with their reputation and price. On this occasion they certainly failed to meet our expectations.

Joe was amazing! We sensed he was new as we are regulars. The manager even happened upon our table and asked how we were doing, to which we gave Joe accolades. She seemed surprised. To that manager, Joe is a keeper! Bottom line. Warm, informative, and just a genuine person. I only hope that Joe takes care of us on our next visit (which will likely be next week).

Two for Tuesdays is a great deal. Everything about the meal was fantastic! Definitely a great way to celebrate a special occasion. Stephanie provided exceptional service. Whole staff very attentive.
